Installation/Set-Up Guide

1. Download mybloggie & unzip myBloggie.zip into your local computer

2. Open setup.php & edit the these

3. This is an important step, you need to specify administrator's username & password in this step.

$user = ""; // Please fill-up your administrator's user name in between "
$passwd = ""; // dont forget the password as well

4. The next step is to provide mySQL information in order to provide the script to access to the database
Then open the conf.php file & edit these

$dbhost = 'localhost'; // Normally is "localhost" & you may not need to change
$dbname = ''; // Enter your mysql database name here
$dbuser = ''; // Enter your mysql user name here
$dbpasswd = ''; // Enter your mysql user name here

5. Upload all the files into a directory of your preference

6. Run setup.php to create tables & other info.

7. Delete the setup.php after installation.

8. To log into your adminstration panel using admin.php & start posting.

I am upgrading from 2.1 to 2.1.2 are there any upgreade instructions on this or should I follow the regular install procedure. I have a decent database so I do not want to lose my data.

Thanks

if there is not customisation, just overwrite everything.
Open the config_temp.php & fill in the relevant information
Please take note this important step --> Save as config.php
